A simple call to the Intake Office begins the process. Referrals are accepted from hospitals, physicians, community agencies, companies, families and self-referrals.

The Intake Office is open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday, 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.

During the phone interview, it will be decided if the client should come in for an interview or be referred to a Withdrawal Management centre.
